I’m sitting here watching Gustav work its way towards Louisiana and listening to the current administration pat itself on the back for ‘fixing’ the mistakes of Katrina, and likely testing out their updated emergency powers. Facing another potential bull’s eye hit on New Orleans, a mandatory evacuation for many Gulf communities has been ordered, though many thousands have already left voluntarily, memories of Katrina easily convincing them to be afraid for their lives.

This time, though, the machine is well-oiled. Pipelines are being shut down and platforms evacuated. Hospitals patients are being transferred. Buses, trains and planes have been reserved and requisitioned. Evacuees are given barcoded bracelets for identification and tracking; final destinations are pre-planned, though often unknown to the evacuees until en route. Thousands of Guard troops, and even Blackwater and the British Royal Navy, have been put on alert. Dusk-to-dawn curfew is on, and looters are forewarned of their immediate and no-mercy trip to Angola prison.

What interesting timing. Almost exactly three years after Katrina, and just at the onset of the red convention, another swarm of hurricanes are working their way into the Gulf, threatening not only lives and property, but oil prices and further economic ruin. The newest is that GW will now not attend the party (if it happens at all this week) due to Gustav’s dreaded arrival. Pretty good way to excuse the bad taste he might have left, given his current popularity. Not to mention how these hurricanes take the reds off the headline hot seat on the VP news, and give them an opportunity to prove their worth.

I must admit I follow politics as little as possible, but with the elections in sight one can’t help but notice how the reds are falling all over themselves in an attempt to look viable in the wake of the blue’s messianic candidate’s magnificent performance last week, which included a strange, and much-discussed stage design which resembled an ancient temple, or perhaps the Pergamon Altar (thanks, J.). The powers-that-be must be enjoying the ease with which their little productions easily keep the hopes and fears of millions neatly under their thumbs.

That these ‘productions’ include weather manipulation, is a distinct possibility. I have mentioned this before several times, and weather modification, including steering hurricanes does make the news, though not to the extent of mentioning HAARP or other controversial, advanced electromagnetic technologies. It does seem that when the weather machine is activated, if or whatever that may be, there are also some big earthquakes around the world. This week was not an exception – a 6.1 rocked China yesterday, causing more major damage for them, swarms including a 5.8 off Canada’s west coast, and several in Tibet. There is a discussion of the hurriquake phenomenon, and other related thoughts (including mention of Hoagland’s Hyperdimensional Katrina) going on over at FSHOD this weekend. Here’s some insight from Scott Stevens over at Weatherwars.info as well.

One wonders whether it could be more weather wars with China, for example, rather than self-destruction with an underlying agenda; we shall see how the reds fare in the wake of this, and then perhaps gain some insight. Given the seemingly purposeful neglect by authorities in the wake of Katrina, compared to this round’s amped-up response, however, one is given to wonder at the potential for long-range planning and the ultimate agenda, including the suspicious timing re the elections.

The turmoil, it does continue and spin in all kinds of directions. Myself, still working on being the eye of the hurricane.

Looking out into the world, as well as hearing from friends and family, it seems many are also in turmoil at the moment. The world still surges with war and economic chaos, not to mention personal dramas and tragedies on all scales. What do you think? Will it get better? Will it get worse before it gets better? I don’t know; maybe I saw too many episodes of Land of the Lost when I was a kid. Anyway there’s no doubt our entertainment industry has done a good job of maintaining the fictional status of these wild ideas. Impossible, says mainstream science, for the earth to be hollow. Even those who take the UFO question seriously often doubt the Hollow Earth, we are so steeped in the solid earth and molten core of our schooling (though others claim UFOs are actually from the inner earth realms).

A few braver, more radical adventurers and researchers have spoken out against the establishment, despite the risk of endangering professional credentials not to mention their very lives. Admiral Richard Byrd couldn’t help speaking out about his controversial trip to the ‘Land beyond the poles’, and many believed he was killed for doing so. More recently, Steve Currey, the head of a planned expedition to the inner earth in 2007, suddenly died of brain cancer. He had reported having been approached by an agent of the Illuminati who wanted to finance (and control) the expedition. Without question, scientific ridicule is the penalty for bringing up the topic at all, even as historical and mythological lore contain stories from all kinds of cultural sources about missing explorers, and hidden tunnel systems leading to mysterious areas beneath the surface. Even the Mormons have their own stories.

Jan Lamprecht is author of Hollow Planets. When you research the evidence from other planets in the solar system one must admit it is curious. The hundreds of miles of earth’s crust still leaves plenty of room for surface volcanism, and the idea of an internal dynamo, a kind of plasma arc singularity at the center, seems to account for the aurorae in a profound way, not to mention the magnetic dynamics of the planet as a whole. The Hollow Earth blog contains all kinds of interesting links and information to follow on these subjects.

Why are there no more solid photographic evidence of such holes in the poles? And why doesn’t someone go check it out? Listen to Lamprecht and Dr. Brooks A. Agnew, the new head of the planned expedition now scheduled for August 2009, talk more about the evidence and future plans. The investigation notes constant polar cloud cover and missing sections of satellite photographs, as well as strange radiations from the poles of other planets and the hollow ringing of the earth like a bell after large earthquakes. And, if indeed there is a secret civilization inside with an agenda, as related by the Thule Society and other theosophical writings, one imagines this mystery may not want to reveal itself until it’s ready – and then perhaps with unfortunate results.

Hollow Earth theory may be one of the most radical of them all in terms of alternative scientific concepts. Is this all simply symbolic reference to higher truths about our inner selves? Or is there an ancient tunnel system throughout the planet, connecting secret surface entrances to a hidden kingdom within? Do mysterious guardians maintain the secrecy to keep ignorant surface dwellers from getting in – or an even more horrible race of beings from getting out? Is the inner earth inhabited by the lost tribes of Israel, or the Serpent races? Is it a magical land, like Agharta or Shambhala, inhabited by enlightened beings, or the pits of hell infested with flying shapeshifting dragons? Considering legends of earth’s inhabitants escaping massive surface cataclysm by fleeing to the inner regions, one wonders if it has anything do with all the engineered underground bases, cities and tunnel systems created by our modern governments, and the rumors of an upcoming event in 2012?

These questions and more tease and tantalize those willing to venture outside the box, and down a very, very deep hole of brain-twisting imaginings and alternative science. I can only wonder; is this rabbit hole simply proverbial, or - perhaps something much more material? Should we take note from the vermin scurrying inside the holes during these seemingly pre-apocalyptic years? Or are we being prepared for illumination by voices from below?

Or – perhaps it is simply to Know, things may not be at all as they seem, and yet, the Way will be made clear when the time is right.

We join spokes together in a wheel, but it is the center hole that makes the wagon move.

The news is, they are losing their funding. I think he said it best himself and therefore I will simply post his letter. Clearly they are also being affected by these desperate times, and I think it’s an important call to action. For those who feel powerless to do something to change the world, here is someone I believe may be well on the way to finding a way to do so.

Hello to all of our wonderful supporters!

As I sit here in my office at this beautiful research park in Hawaii, I am overwhelmed with gratitude and a great sense of accomplishment for what we have done so far, as well as hope for the future and dedication to the continuity of our work.

As is clearly articulated in the theories foundational to The Resonance Project, change is the nature of this universe. We as a foundation are currently faced with a great level of change.

In the past three years we have spent much energy building a beautiful sustainable research park, and I have personally made many sacrifices and worked extreme hours to make this all happen in a timely manner. The result is that we’ve made enormous progress towards collaborative advancement of the science of unified field theory with colleagues from around the world, as well as developing crucial sustainable technologies based on this research. We believe it is within our grasp to provide the awareness and understanding as well as the technologies necessary to transform our world.

However as happens with the many aspects of all of our lives, we must adjust to the transformations that occur. Due to the redirection of the resources from a major contributor, I am sad to announce that we find ourselves in a period of re-organization and financial difficulties. In order to streamline our operations and because all the work that was done here was done on land that is owned by the same donor, we are having to abandon the research park and move to another location.

Once again in history, the financial world is depriving humanity of a chance to transcend our limitations and scarcity, and to truly emerge with advancements in our understanding and technologies in a world of sustainable and abundant energy. As I sit here, my heart sinks, contemplating all of the great work that may be suspended as a result. It is imperative that we diversify our funding sources to provide a broad base of support and ongoing financial stability for the organization. This level of work must emerge as a result of a collective force generated by the public at large, supporting the emergence of it into the world without being held hostage to one supporting source.

Long ago we were denied access to knowledge that might have prevented the environmental and economic chaos that is now following the past century’s enslavement to fossil fuels. If you want, you can go back to ancient civilizations, destruction of the planetary grid, and its lost secrets of harnessing the energy of creation. But if that’s too much for you, we can start with Tesla. Some believe he had rediscovered that lost knowledge anyway.

Though Tesla’s early work formed the basis for modern AC power as well as the invention of the radio, the powers-that-be were not happy with his later plans for global wireless energy; they preferred a product they could continually make money on. Therefore J.P Morgan withdrew his funding of Tesla’s designs, many of which were instead later confiscated and classified by the military on the grounds of national security. Here’s a scene from the movie The Secret of Nikola Tesla, starring Orson Welles.

Fossil fuels have caused overwhelming harm to our world environment, forced the masses into virtual slavery and poverty in order to obtain it, and caused a very small elite minority of people to gain enormous wealth. A brief perusal of Tesla’s technologies suggests our industrial gains this past century (including within the medical industry) could have come via a very different route indeed. Instead, it seems the military has taken and used the technology for their own purposes, including HAARP and SDI in particular.

Despite such evidence, the public still remains largely uneducated about such possibilities as Tesla dreamed of. Most people are none the wiser when ethanol is displayed as a renewable alternative. But let us consider the parallel tragedy now taking place, that of millions of people starving worldwide. How is putting the food into our gas tanks going to be considered sustainable to the millions of actual lives that food is now not sustaining? I suspect the same gaggle of goofballs still want be the ones to profit from ethanol; how convenient that this all works into the grand depopulation plan as well. Throw in the Monsanto GMO suicide seed thing, and welcome to the apocalypse.

The UFO disclosure topic in the news recently brings up discussion of antigravity and other such possibilities that would likely be revealed at that point. Some believe energy is the reason alien visitors haven’t been disclosed yet; the p-t-b just aren’t ready to give up their big oil bank accounts. However, the Rockefellers were recently heard to be rumbling about alternative energy, so perhaps this is further indication of disclosure on many levels. I’m certainly going to keep my ear to the ground on that one.

There are quite a lot of alternatives out there, that’s for sure. Which one it will be and who will profit from it, though, are still open questions. Though solar and wind energy are becoming cheaper and easier, they’re still not viable alternatives for most people yet. Here’s a website with quite a lot of links and directories to alternative energy ideas and sites. Here’s one that offers to run your car with water. Another promises fuel from algae. Another is called the Joe Cell. The Kosol sphere is also quite interesting. There is also a movement towards sustainable cities.

Despite that knowledge of certain technologies can prove to be dangerous (plenty of SDI scientists have mysteriously died), there are probably quite a few garage inventors dusting off their workshops right about now, with gas prices the way they are. If gasoline really goes up double or even triple of today’s $4/gal, I can only imagine the kind of alternative energy revolution that could really take place. It only remains to be seen whether it will be grassroots, or trickled down. Personally, I’m for open sourcing. There are a lot of great ideas out there. Otherwise, we can only assume that the powers-that-be are, yet again, planning on offering their own solution to a problem they created in the first place, to maintain their wealth and control.

There is no coincidence to the timing of this developing shift alongside issues such as world food prices, financial chaos, the election and other revelations to come in the next few years. I will be paying attention to which, if any, technology will rise to the top, as well as how, and by whom, it is released. Yesterday, the British government released some of its heretofore top secret files on UFO sightings, just hours after the Vatican surprisingly announced, “belief in God and aliens is OK.” Today, Russian Muslims and Jews admit existence of UFO-people. Also yesterday, NASA announced the discovery of an object in our Galaxy astronomers had been searching for for 50 years.

Maybe it’s just the season for it. On May 11, 2001, The Disclosure Project announced the National Press Club event on the subject. Mexico held their international press conference to release their UFO sightings files on May 11, in 2004. “On May 11, 1962 NASA pilot Joseph Walker said that one of his tasks was to detect UFOs during his X-15 flights.” Two of the most notorious UFO photos of all time were taken on a farm in Oregon on May 11, 1950. OK, I know it’s not May 11, but we’re not far off. Interesting to note anyway.

Britain is not the first country to release some of their x-files. France released some of theirs in March, 2007. Of course Mexico back in 2004. Brazil in 2005 (May 20, by the way). Canada, Spain, Chile and Peru have also released theirs, but according to that article, and point well made, information on ’sightings’ doesn’t necessarily equate to coming out and saying, yes, there are aliens, and here they are.

This article so aptly asks, “what do Britain’s ‘X Files’ tell us, and why have they been released now?” Maybe some kind of imminent and inevitable contact is in the works and they’re trying to acclimate us to the idea. Or, they just can’t hide it anymore. Or, these governments are all in cahoots to completely deceive us all, masterminding some kind of worldwide deception, a la Project Bluebeam, to consolidate power and hypnotize us for awhile longer yet, so that we don’t notice all the other possibilities around us, like escape to a higher dimension, for example. The religious question always comes to mind, which is why it’s interesting to note when the Vatican noses in on UFO questions, as it has done before. Religion has been used as a way to control and conform, and certainly the Catholic Church is keen enough to keep a hold onto theirs, so their participation in this manipulation is not surprising. If something is coming and they know it (and you can be sure, they would know), they are going to want to be in on it all from the get-go. Many people have theorized about aliens in the Bible, suspicious entities behind the New Age movement, ancient genetic engineering, and interspecies warfare. Contact will change everything we think we know both in terms of history, science and technology, not to mention politics and religion. It’s a very delicate subject that might need to be reinterpreted for the next era, if the present powers want to play a role.

So, if the aliens do finally land on the White House lawn, who is ultimately responsible for helping us believe this is a good thing? Whose agenda would this be serving? Should we be paying attention to the fact that these things might be happening just before a much-anticipated theorized shift in consciousness in 2012? Does the timing have anything to do with Planet X, global warming, world war or some other kind of potential global catastrophe? Should we trust our government if they support our new space brothers? Should we be wary if they don’t?

In the UK, there has been a huge rise in UFO sightings. Russia is building a UFO center for sightings, research and observation. ABC News reported that Arizona firefighters are being trained for UFO and alien contact. A couple of months ago, rumors suggested the UN had been involved in secret meetings regarding the issue, according to sources alleged by Exopolitics Institute’s Dr. Michael E. Salla. This meeting was corroborated by a French aviator involved in the talks, and then later had to be clarified as sources were withdrawn. Perhaps it is as Dr. Salla had previously noted, as well as Dr. Greer of the Disclosure Project, that divulging the truth of alien visitations might also unveil the truth about alternate energy sources, which the current powers-that-be don’t want for obvious reasons.

UFO disclosure doesn’t make me giddy. It makes me very serious, concerned and thoughtful. Once one gets past the idea that there are such entities, one quickly finds talk of the many alien races. If that is the case there are likely many different agendas, possibly varying philosophies, capabilities and wisdom, and they might not all be love, peace and harmony.

If they did seem loving, peaceful and helpful, that would be great; I’d like to hear them tell us about the latent and inherent powers we all possess, as spiritual beings, to rise above our present condition. These are truths referred to by our greatest spiritual sages, and ones I’ve experienced firsthand. Therefore, I wouldn’t want to see them set themselves up as the new powers-that-be. We don’t need an alien messiah bringing another round of brainwashing.

On the other hand, I will accept there may be some good guys out there. Who knows if they’re interplanetary or interdimensional – or even both. They may indeed arrive to remind us of peace and love. Perhaps they might even teach us some interesting science and technology that could better our world. But certainly not if it demands our reverence or worship, or an even further consolidation of our world’s elite power structure. The subject is so enormously complicated and full of implications we haven’t thought of yet, we all need to be extremely careful what bandwagon we jump on.

Going back to Stephen Hawking; let’s not assume anything. If there are aliens and they do make their presence known, let’s not rush into anything. Be discerning. Be wise, thoughtful and balanced. Be open-minded, but not gullible. Ask the right questions. Even if they tempt us with radical free energy devices or world peace; be forewarned. Things may not always be as they seem. Remember to ask, whether they are here to serve man, or serve man for dinner.
